The 71% Artist Program is a residency platform established by Uniseer Art for artists, aiming to promote the fusion of contemporary art and local culture. Artists can immerse themselves in an inspiring environment, deeply interact with the local culture, and incorporate richer and more distinctive elements into their works by creating artworks and actively participate in the innovation and development promotion of local cultures in a residency location with unique natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage.

Your submission should include:
- Creative Experience: Please summarize your experience in the art field and the creative methods you specialize in.
- Portfolio: Please provide the dimensions, materials or media used, date of creation, and a brief introduction for each work.
